As a child, Paul grew up living in the hotels which his family managed during the 60s, 70s and 80s. His grandmother regularly had live bands perform, so he got to see many types of music whilst growing up.

The style which appealed to Paul was Chicago Piano (Harmonica). His parents got divorced when he was 10, so he went to boarding school until he was 15, at which time he left and got a job as trainee mechanic.

During lunch hour he started to play harmonica to the radio, and eventually started auditions for bands. Over the first few years Paul realised he loved Blues; namely Paul Butterfield, Charlie Mussewhite, Little Walter and many more.

Paul has worked pub gigs and festivals since he was 18; supported Wilson Picket, Meatloaf and many Australian acts, festival 25000 plus. Over the past five years his own songs have emerged, with many more yet to come...
